As Managing Director of EYS Auctions, Jessica leads one of Victoria’s most respected independent auctioneering firms with confidence, precision, and a strong focus on results. As the first female Director of an auctioneering company in Australia, she is proudly paving the way for women in the industry and setting a new national standard.

With experience across both fast and challenging market conditions, Jessica brings exceptional adaptability to every auction environment. Her ability to read the room, maintain momentum, and drive buyer competition consistently delivers premium outcomes for vendors.

After launching her career with one of Victoria’s top agencies back in 2014, Jessica discovered her passion for auctioneering early on. Backed by a background in drama and music, she developed a commanding yet engaging auction style and has been recognised at a corporate level with awards for sales negotiation and auction competitions.

As EYS Auctions’ first female auctioneer and now Director, Jessica is committed to mentoring and elevating the next generation of auctioneers, while leading EYS with energy, integrity, and excellence.
